To begin the warranty and repair process, please complete the following form. Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we may better assist. Approval for your repair or service will come from S.E. Shires Company after your claim has been reviewed.

General Information:

EACH SUBMISSION IS EVALUATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. If you are requesting a repair, cost and repair time estimates will be sent in a separate e-mail. The purchaser must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any instrument, component, or part to S.E. Shires. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner. Secure packing for the shipment of goods for warranty repair/replacement is always the sole responsibility of the owner.

For warranty repairs approved within thirty days of purchase, a prepaid shipping label will be sent. S.E. Shires will pay return charges for shipment back to the customer for approved warranty claims only.
